We are hiring tutors who care deeply about students' learning, not just the hours billed. Strong subject mastery is more important than years of experience. Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome — many of our top tutors started straight out of college.

Eligibility criteria

All applicants must meet the following:

• Graduate or post-graduate (or final-year student) in the relevant subject stream
• Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/PAN/DL) for verification
• Educational mark sheets / degree certificate
• Smartphone with stable internet (mandatory for online tutors)
• Commitment to at least 5 hours / week

Qualifications & subject mastery

Familiarity with the latest CBSE curriculum, marking scheme and assessment patterns. For international boards (IB, IGCSE, A-Levels), prior international-curriculum tutoring or schooling experience is strongly preferred.

Teaching modes

Choose what works for you:

• Home tuition — travel to students' homes (1:1)
• Online tuition — teach from home on our live-video platform (1:1)
• Centre coaching — at our Jabalpur / Nagpur centre (small batch of 8-12)
• Hybrid — combine home/online with weekend centre batches

Expected earnings

₹400 – ₹1,200 / hour. Final per-student rate depends on grade, subject, mode and number of sessions per week. Senior classes (11-12), board years, and competitive-exam coaching pay the highest. Most of our top tutors earn ₹40,000-₹1,20,000/month with 25-40 hours of weekly teaching.

Registration process

• 2. Quick phone evaluation + demo class with our academic coordinator (within 3-5 working days).
• 3. Once approved, your profile goes live; you start receiving student assignments within a week.
