We are hiring tutors who care deeply about students' learning, not just the hours billed. Strong subject mastery is more important than years of experience. For JEE/NEET faculty roles, prior coaching experience and your own students-cracked record will help.

Eligibility criteria

All applicants must meet the following:

• Graduate or post-graduate (or final-year student) in the relevant subject stream
• Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/PAN/DL) for verification
• Educational mark sheets / degree certificate
• Smartphone with stable internet (mandatory for online tutors)
• Commitment to at least 5 hours / week
• Prior NEET/JEE coaching experience preferred (not mandatory)

Qualifications & subject mastery

For NEET Faculty roles we look for strong fundamentals in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, recent exposure to the official NEET pattern, and the ability to teach top-100-rank-aspirant calibre students. Coaching-institute background or your own JEE/NEET history with a strong rank is a big plus.

Teaching modes

Choose what works for you:

• Home tuition — travel to students' homes in Nagpur (1:1)
• Online tuition — teach from home on our live-video platform (1:1)
• Centre coaching — at our Jabalpur / Nagpur centre (small batch of 8-12)
• Hybrid — combine home/online with weekend centre batches

Expected earnings

₹800 – ₹2,000 / hour. Final per-student rate depends on grade, subject, mode and number of sessions per week. Senior classes (11-12), board years, and competitive-exam coaching pay the highest. Most of our top tutors earn ₹40,000-₹1,20,000/month with 25-40 hours of weekly teaching.
